So what did he do with all the pieces he kept cutting off, and why did he cut them off?
ReplyDeleteHe recycled the cut off dough into the next batch of noodles.
ReplyDeleteAs to why he cut them off, it was so the noodles would be a bunch of individual noodles instead of tremendously long noodle.
